Eligibility for Return

You must contact us within 1-3 days of receiving your order.

Items must be unused, in their original condition, and with all tags or packaging intact.

We do not accept returns for items damaged due to misuse or normal wear and tear.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return, email us at [email protected] with your order number, photos of the item, and a brief explanation of the issue. We will respond with instructions.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued in the same method as the original payment—cash on delivery refunds are provided in cash upon collection of the returned item.
Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for the same item (subject to availability), let us know in your email request.
